Review on Enhanced Ventilation Motor Assembly by NuTone - Model S97017705 by Therealwesley Shaw

This replacement fan fitted perfectly and was an exact replacement for my fan model. The old fan kept slipping off the spindle and rubbing against the case, this has been in use for a couple of weeks now and is still working perfectly. Make sure it fits your fan case as it has been an exact replacement for some like mine and technically works for others but may not be exact but the product is fine. WARNING: As with all these fans, ALWAYS wear protective gloves (I wear 5 mil disposable gloves) as the sheet metal has very sharp edges (I've seen units shipped from the factory with blood on them).
