I bought this because I wanted to start vacuuming food before putting it in the freezer. I could not get this item to empty the pouches before sealing. He says he sucks and makes a sound like the suction is on and after a while he seals the bag but doesn't suck the air out. Thus, the air is trapped INSIDE the bag. I didn't pay for that. After that I will buy another brand.
