The body is MUCH softer than my other silicone water bottles and without it it's quite difficult to keep it full or half empty while it's fluttering around. You need to hold it with two hands by the plastic neck of the bottle when drinking, and the neck of the bottle is SO SMALL. The screw cap is also very small. In fact, the lid is the only thing you can remove and there is no access to the inside other than the mouth opening, making cleaning very difficult. If you have big hands or dexterity issues, you should definitely find another travel water bottle. EDIT: DOWNLOADED FROM 3 STARS TO 2 STARS AFTER LONG USE. This bottle is basically useless EXCEPT for the fact that it holds the water it contains very securely without leaking. After continuous use, it will definitely add a strong taste of the liquid to the silicone bottle. I've never had this problem with other flexible bottles. I would only use it as an emergency water source, especially for long-term use.
