Wow! I got instant relief and it felt so natural to lie on. I used it for about 15 minutes and didn't want to get up. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and bone spurs from my neck down. Today I had a lot of pain in my neck and chest and I was in a lot of pain. As soon as it arrived I tried it. I started with the lowest setting.
