Did you send me a lemon? Wheels won't attach, lock/unlock on any stuck wheel

If I could attach wheels that would be great - I asked the Revain community and found out I'm not the only one with this impossibility to attach wheels . I tried to push with all my weight, I tried squeezing the C-ring with pliers, no go. This would be so helpful, instead of leaving my fluffy tree on the included stand and lugging it around to put away, he rolls it up for storage! But I can't attach dog wheels. In addition, since I opened the legs, I do not know how to fold them to put them back in the box to return. IF my neighbor can attach the wheels I will come back to this review. But now I am very upset and disappointed. I do not recommend.
