Not as described but still good
This hat is cute, good quality material and stitching (time will tell!). It's a bit big but can be carried by my 2 year old boy who actually has a small head for his age. What disappoints me is that the adjustable strap on the back is not made of soft fabric/velcro as advertised, but a hard material with plastic fasteners. Still a nice hat, but it sucks because that's the feature I was specifically looking for before I bought it.
