A few weeks ago I received my first chair. One of the pieces of leather on the armrest was torn. Instead of replacing the armrest, they sent a completely different chair. I didn't want to mess around with this huge box. I simply took my right hand off the right side of the chair and replaced it with a new hand. Now the same problem with torn skin (not really skin). The corners are too sharp to wrap the material, causing the leather to tear. Also, every time I move in the chair, it creaks back, sideways, horribly. The chair looks good but the quality is terrible. I do not recommend. It's better to spend more and get a better chair. Sorry to say that as customer service was great.
