My chair arrived slightly damaged in the top corner despite being wrapped in plastic. I bought a repair kit to fix it instead of returning it but I was disappointed. The seat is comfortable but I prefer a separate seat cushion independent of the chair. I had to use a hammer to install the wheels but it was an easy assembly.

This chair is terrible. It screams in agony every time you step inside. The rear stays broke in the first two days of ownership. One fell to the ground, the other bolts popping out. Now I have to replace it after less than 9 months of ownership because it is literally on the verge of tearing the fabric. I would definitely avoid it like the plague.

Very nice office chair. There is almost the same product on Amazon but this one is cheaper and looks just as nice. Assembly only took about 15 minutes. Nicely packaged so none of the parts were damaged although the box looked like it had had a rough time in transit. This is my second chair. My son liked my daughter's chair so much he wanted one too. A few weeks ago I received my first chair. One of the pieces of leather on the armrest was torn. Instead of replacing the armrest, they sent a completely different chair. I didn't want to mess around with this huge box. I simply took my right hand off the right side of the chair and replaced it with a new hand. Now the same problem with torn skin (not really skin). The corners are too sharp to wrap the material, causing the leather to tear. Also, every time I move in the chair, it creaks back…

I bought 2 of these. One for my boyfriend and one for me. Overall we are very happy with the chairs. Although we are not concerned about this, if you are taller this chair may not be for you. The part of the armrests that comes into contact with the seat is not covered. It's only metal, so it can dig into your leg. We had a friend who couldn't use a chair.
