Card installed correctly in Windows 2012 Server and used to enable Sabrent External Hard Drive Dock (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/ B00LS5NFQ2/ref =ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1). This combination is used as a backup system for my network file server. I can back up about 1/2 terabyte of data in just a few hours, which used to take a few days with a tape system. Also, I only have one device (1TB HDD) to store instead of multiple tapes.
