I have experience with these tires on 2 different vehicles. I would rate the behavior of tires on asphalt as 5: they allow you to keep almost the same speed as on summer tires. Steering responses are precise and quick, which is very different from Scandinavian friction winter tires, which usually have noticeably smoother responses. On slippery surfaces, I rate the rubber at 4-. There was one moment when I had to brake on the track in a gentle arc from a fairly high speed in front of a car that suddenly stopped in the left lane. Under the wheels was asphalt sprinkled with snow. Under the crunch of ABS, the car slowed down for 200-300 meters, but at the same time it was well controlled by the steering wheel, and as a result, a sudden obstacle was safely passed. The second moment was already on fresh packed snow, also on the track. Behind the wheel was his wife, who also drove in a gentle arc slightly faster than she should have. At some point, a huge piece of frozen ice flew off from the truck driving ahead in the right lane into the left lane in which we were moving. The wife tried to go around him, but she began to wind in the corridor between the bump stop on the left and the approaching truck on the right. It was probably 50-100 meters, and the oscillations ended after we caught up with the trailer of the truck. In both cases, the car continued to respond to the steering wheel, the reactions remained smooth, the slides developed smoothly - in this regard, the tires worked perfectly. In the first year on my car, the tires were pleasantly quiet, but in the second year the tires began to hum a lot, and were sold by the end of the second season. The tires are now running on the wife’s car for the second winter, and so far there seems to be no such noise: perhaps the manufacturer has made changes to the design or composition of the tire mixture. Hong Kongeability is normal, thanks to the directional pattern. For 15 thousand wear was about 1 mm. Overall, I would rate the tires a 4 and would recommend for those who live in large cities or drive on clean asphalt roads and are willing to put up with possible noise after the first year of operation.
