Review on Agency360 by Ronald Ingram

I like that it is easy to navigate through all of our files in one place! It also allows me quick access from anywhere with an internet connection which helps when we are out at events or training classes for long periods of time without being able to check email/text messages etc. We have not found anything yet as far as dislike goes but there really isn't much negative feedback either so this could be because no-one has used the system enough (yet). The biggest issue right now though would probably just fall under 'it's new'. Our agency was having issues keeping track of everything internally - both paper records & electronic ones were becoming too cumbersome over multiple people using them simultaneously. This software solves those problems by allowing us to keep things organized into folders within categories such as Training Materials, Event Logs / Reports, Contracts, Documents, Financial Data Etc..
