I have no sense of direction so this product was recommended to me by a close friend. She is sure of it. The device is very easy to install and easy to use. I'm not computer savvy, but the on-screen keyboard shortcuts work so logically that I didn't need any practice or instruction to use the system. The screen is quite small, but that's a good thing because it takes up so little space on the windshield. No obstruction. The on-screen map is great, but I don't even look at it for the most part because the audio directions are so easy to follow. You don't have to take your eyes off the road. The guide provides easy step-by-step instructions for everything. And it's all so easy that you don't have to study the operating instructions. A quick read is enough. Maps can be updated every year for free. An important feature as roads and areas are constantly changing. This product has expanded my world. I no longer depend on others to get to hard-to-reach places. My husband, a terrible backseat driver, is now unemployed.
