I have no sense of direction so this product was recommended to me by a close friend. She is sure of it. The device is very easy to install and easy to use. I'm not computer savvy, but the on-screen keyboard shortcuts work so logically that I didn't need any practice or instruction to use the system. It worked for what I wanted. It was actually better than I expected. But I didn't understand a bit about the coverage when I bought it, I have lifetime updates for the bottom 48, but even though Alaska (where I live) was on the screen, I had to buy an additional map of Alaska and it doesn't come with any updates.
