Be sure to download the user manual that came with the listing in the datasheet section. It contains all the barcodes you need to set up your scanner the way you want it. Enable or disable different barcodes, trigger mode or continuous, whether to send characters before or after the result, e.g. B. Carriage return or tab after each scan. Even supports custom prefix and suffix strings. This scanner is MUCH faster than the ones I've seen before. My only complaint is that there is a loud beep when plugged in, which includes the computer booting up. I haven't tried disabling the "Good Scan" beep, so this might eliminate it. But I want a good scan signal to be output normally, just not on the first connection. Okay, I don't reboot very often so it's just a minor annoyance.
