Review on πŸš€ Enhance Mighty Mule Automatic Gate Opener with Powerful 100 Ft. Driveway Vehicle Sensor (FM140) in Sleek Black by Dwayne Pore

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Without customer support

I have bought this product twice. Both times the transmitter fails and sends a steady signal to the opener, leaving the gate open. Now that it happened the first time, I thought maybe it was just an accident. I didn't want to buy a brand new item when only a small part of it was broken so I tried contacting the company but in fact they have a repetitive message on their phone number saying "We have more than normal calls." " . I called them once a day at various times for a week and was rewarded with a 15 minute wait and no human interaction. This leads me to believe that one of three things is happening. Their products are so bad that they constantly being bombarded with calls and unable to answer all.2 They are so poorly managed that they focus more on advertising than support and as such their call centers are terribly underfunded. The call center support is just an illusion to give the appearance of helping but with no real desire to help I hope it's the second option as the other two seem nefarious u nd the second just tends towards management incompetence (which is known to happen in all fields). I ended up just ordering a brand new sensor system and 90% of the purchase is still in the original packaging. A week ago it happened again; same problem. I called the powerful Mule number but was met by an old friend of mine who still gives me the same number. Am I shocked that I called the company during peak hours? no So I'm confused. I'd like to ask someone how I can order just the transmitter, the cheap plastic part, the weakest link. As a last resort, I'm hoping that somehow this review gets to 1 in 10 of the powerful Mule support team and they get in touch with me, apologize for the inconvenience and let me buy the part I need. Come on, mighty mule, do the right thing. Thing.
