I had previously bought a similar set from the same manufacturer, just in orange and white. This set is identical to this one except for the color and price. I gave this set five stars and this one too. I prefer some of the colors in this set to orange and white, but this one sells for $20-$30 more. If you are on a budget check out other Zuly kits. But if you're willing to pay more money for these paints, then go for it. Since the kits are identical in features and quality, I'll repost most of what I said about orange and white: I'm not a climber and I'm not very good at building a climbing wall. But I've already assembled them. Basically, I put together some of these large indoor playgrounds that contain climbing walls that are 4 to 5 feet tall. I have also used several climbing walls myself. So as a layman on the subject I can see this is a quality set that I would definitely choose for my kids from what I knew before purchasing this particular product. The most obvious reason is the texture of the handles - it's a bit like fine sandpaper. While it doesn't exactly feel comfortable (and may not appeal to children), it makes this set much safer to use. Every hold I've ever seen on a climbing wall was either smooth or very lightly textured. Those with texture became slippery with a little moisture, even sweat. With these delays, this will not happen. And as an adult, I would choose these hooks over anything I've ever tried before. There are 20 holds in this set, which means you won't be building an extra tall climbing wall. Unless your climb path is very narrow (like 3 feet) I don't see this set going higher than 6-8 feet. This is probably just about ideal for younger children. If you are looking for a larger wall, you will need at least two of these sets. Overall, I would recommend this set, especially for children, without reservation. I'm very happy to have this compared to what I would have bought otherwise - a cheaper set with no rough texture and most likely less able to handle heavier climbing weights.
