I was skeptical about the reviews and decided to give it a try. The reviews are correct, the device was received with an arrow reading of -5psi, what to do about it. There should be no quality control. There is no way to calibrate, there is a piston at the top that can withstand pressure as it is a liquid dial. However, if you always want to lower the pressure by 5psi, I think that's fine. That sounds like an attempt to clean up a defective product and process returns. We'd all be surprised at how much there is, but the theme as is. An effective strategy must not damage the company's reputation. Winters doesn't remember her well because of that quality.
