I've never done a pre-workout! A few months ago I switched to morning workouts and needed to cheer myself up. I'm fine with one scoop, although they say you can go up to 1-3 scoops. I don't eat before work, sometimes I get a little shaky, but if I eat fruit beforehand, I'm good to go. After that there are no crashes, although it's awesome! Tastes good too! Doesn't taste like fake chemical fruit. Would definitely buy again if it ever becomes available.
