This little tool is just great. Different levels of grips and finishes make it stand out. It rolls very easily and slides down your arms, legs and back. After the application I feel a tingling sensation. It makes you want to use it more often. This really moves the underlying fascia and increases blood flow. Sometimes I have a bit of pain the next day, but that's good. It even works on belly fat and buttocks. It lies next to my bedside table in the mornings and evenings. So it's worth it and it's inexpensive - don't fall for the mega-dollar fascia blasters. Just get it! Definitely five stars!
