Terrible experience
To make it short. We strongly encourage you to buy TV screens or computer screens from other sellers. We bought two LG monitors for an event we were hosting and received both damaged monitors and damaged parts. See photos of scratches and scattered manuals and cables. We contacted customer service but it was very slow and poor quality and I couldn't even process an exchange/refund through customer service. We have decided to file a complaint through Revain Support. I have never felt so bad about a Revain purchase.
