I (hopefully) bought this to fix a P0021 - cam position timeout - code on my '07 Xterra. After installation, I received code P0081 (Failed IVTC Solenoid). It tested at 7.7 ohms, which is within acceptable limits, but the original worked fine too, so I plugged it back in and the code was gone. So that part didn't work for me. On the plus side, I got both solenoids (banks 1 and 2) for less than the cost of one. I wasn't exactly expecting my issue to be fixed, but I'm disappointed that it was reported immediately.
