Review on Loctite Heavy Duty Threadlocker, Blue 242, 0.2 oz – Single Pack by John Destruction

If you are buying this you probably know what it is but if you are unsure this material is used for extra grip and fastening strength on bolts and nuts. to keep them taut over time. There are different versions, mostly red and blue. Red forms a more lasting bond. This list applies to blue Loctite and to scenarios where you occasionally loosen or remove the bolt or nut being fastened. This stuff really works. I mainly use it to make sure my scopes, mounts, scope mounts, etc. are secure and not loosening from vibration and recoil when shooting. It does a great job.
