Loctite Heavy Duty Threadlocker, Blue 242, 0.2 oz – Single Pack Review

This is blue Loctite, it will hold the nuts and bolts as they should and you can use them with some force to open again . It works great and I've used it many times. If you need liquid material then this is a good choice. However, this material is very fluid. If you've ever used one, you know it's going everywhere making a mess. 99% of the time, the Loctite stick is much more convenient: it's actually a Loctite glue stick. Same brand, same material, just different consistency.

This simple and uncomplicated product is amazing. This blue version is supposed to be detachable, but I'm struggling with that. I just need to adjust the position of what I glued. In any case, if I can't remove it, it's my fault. I use a product that I apply daily. If you are buying this you probably know what it is but if you are unsure this material is used for extra grip and fastening strength on bolts and nuts. to keep them taut over time. I found this product useless for my application. Many years ago I used Loctite to tighten screws when my sons and I raced RC cars.
