Review on Top-Rated BESTEK 400W Car Power Inverter: DC 12V to AC 110V Adapter with 5A 4 USB Charging Ports by Brant Watson

The first converter I received did not work properly. The USB ports were getting power, but I had no power from the AC ports. After some troubleshooting at Bestek (I contacted them through their Revain profile) I was told the item would be replaced. A few days later I received a new device and an email with a return label so I could conveniently return the defective device. The new device works perfectly. I was so happy Bestek supported their product because I looked at other inverters but none of them had 2 AC plugs and 4 USB ports. Other devices I looked at seemed like a step down with just a power plug or just a USB port or two. I think this model offers more bang for your buck. I like that you can screw the device to the circuit board so it doesn't move when you plug and unplug it. I also appreciate the on/off switch as I only use my unit in my greenhouse during the day and would like to turn it off at night. Another nice feature is that when I turn off the device it still charges my sports radio via the USB port and it also turns on the USB light at night without draining my solar panel. Edit: Still running 24/7 after 2 years in my greenhouse!
