Surprisingly smooth ride

Solid wheels are usually more bumpy than the inflated tires, but this one was surprisingly smooth. My old 9” solid tire scooter felt like a shopping cart when going over pavers. In comparison, this one felt more like an inflated tire. On lower end scooters, I would recommend going with solid tires since replacing inner tubes on tiny scooter wheels are extremely difficult, especially on the lower end price range. This way you don’t have to ever worry about flat tires. I’m really happy with the suspension on this one. The combination of front suspension and soft tail suspension allowed the scooter to absorb most of the shocks. The scooter came pretty much assembled. I just had to attach the handle bar with the four screws. It took me about 10 minutes to assemble it by myself. The brake system does require a heavier squeeze compare to my old one. I think it’s because it’s a single brake lever to apply break on both front and rear wheels. It does brake fine but felt like there were a bit more resistant. The 500w motor has good torque and was able to get going fast. The one other thing I like about this scooter is the portability. It’s light enough that I can carry it with one hand when folded. I bring this to work and roam around the campus with it. Definitely a good beginner to intermediate scooter for the price.
