**NOT DEFECTIVE, SMALL DEFECT THAT CAN BE FIXED** I've seen reviews of contacts not touching and not charging without pressing. Just grab a toothpick or something similar and pull the stylus out of the main dock. Some of them get stuck (probably during transport), but they can be dragged into place. After that it works perfectly. The design is so beautiful that I highly recommend it for charge controllers. The adapters on the controllers look like they're native and are so small you can hardly tell they're there.
