Good light and I like the customizable color palette, but the biggest issues with it are battery life and handling. For your control on this device, there is only one button that you press or turn to enter commands. Well, if you need to change the color settings from 150 to 300, you're going to be standing around turning that crappy little click wheel sooooo many times. I don't know why there isn't a function to increase it in increments higher than 1, but oh my god. Although once installed it is great. Battery life I would say is an hour when using brighter colors or settings and 1.5 to 2 hours on dimmer settings. Another weak point can be the magnets, which don't stick well to the metal pads provided. Overall 6/10 based on price. For $60 you can upgrade with cheap dimmable LEDs and your own frosted light diffuser tube or DIY. Got it because I liked the size and attachment points on either side. Also, the inclusion of a small stand is nice.
