May I start by saying that a few years ago I injured my back and both legs in a car accident and struggle with pain every day. Especially my left leg. This Conair device allows me to reach and massage my feet to relax and stimulate my feet and lower legs. The device works and is an excellent device for relieving pain and controlling swelling from swelling. With this device, it relieves pain, swelling and stimulates muscles at the same time in just a few minutes. This is great for relieving the pain that usually keeps me up all night in pain. I recently bought a third unit to give to a friend who is aging with these legs and feet issues. The first time he used it he called me the next day and reported great success in relieving pain in his feet and legs and that he had slept well for the first time in months with no pain in his legs. May I offer more information. Due to a car accident my face was badly damaged and 2/3 of my face had to be reconstructed and the doctors did an excellent job of restoring it. However, with this application, my right side of my face, my sinuses, was severely damaged. For many years I suffered from sinus headaches, swelling and severe facial pain, sometimes to a truly horrible degree. Nothing helped, no medicine, no hot compresses, no cold, no massages. This double plow Conair device allows me to expel the nasal stuff that is constricting my sinuses and relieves the pain almost immediately. Sinus problems no longer rule my day. Just woke up a few days ago with severe swelling and sinus pain; solved the problem in less than a minute. Make sure you disinfect the massage head as the material and bacteria from your feet that come in contact with your face will cause problems. This is a great device. I have a complaint. Be very careful and make sure the heater switch is not activated. It's easy to flick the switch without even knowing you've turned on the device's heating element. Yes, the heat source is a nice touch. You don't want to turn on the heating switch and then fall asleep with the heating element on or in bed over or under the sheets. I did this several times and learned to smell anything that came close to burning. However, I have nothing but praise for the simple block and the work and relief it brings. My first device lasted about four years before I bought a second device. And for the small price it cost, it really is worth every penny [$13.77 plus shipping].
