The first massage gun I got did not work out of the box. I figured it was just something that happened during shipping and an unlucky experience. I was able to exchange no problem and got the second one very quickly.The second one worked great out of the box. I was impressed by the size and weight, the number of attachments, the quiet nature of the motor, and the variety of pulse settings. I've been using it very happily for 2 months. I wouldn't say I was an overuser, since I only needed to charge the battery every 2 weeks or so. Last night it stopped. I now have this error code and no way of fixing it. I've tried everything that I can think of as well as a few suggestions I found on the internet. Nothing works. It is now an interesting brick since I can't exchange it anymore because it's been longer than 30 days.I wanted to just contact the seller but there don't seem to be any links any longer to contact them to come up with any other solutions. Fortunately, I did buy this on prime day so it didn't cost me $140 (which was its original list price) but I'm still annoyed that I spent any money on this at all.I gave it two stars for battery life and pain relief since while it worked it was actually excellent. It's too bad it seems to only have a lifespan of one to two months.
