They have been able to connect us with our clients in such an efficient manner that we are now being asked to use their services more frequently than originally intended due to how easy it is to work with them. I don't really like having to deal with multiple accounts but they do make that process easier. When you first sign up and set your pricing, there's no way of knowing if what you're getting will be enough or not. This has made me look at other providers more closely. The only thing about this service so far is the ease of setting up new projects/accounts. We've had trouble finding someone who could help us with project set ups.
