I like that it's easy enough you can use even if you don't have much experience in coding or scripting but are familiar using an API/SDK such as Python (as most of our team does). It also has nice visualizations so we know what is going across multiple servers at once which helps us troubleshoot problems faster than just running through each server individually one by one when something goes wrong!
