The best part of working with infinitrack is that they are very responsive to our queries, any technical issue we face gets resolved within minutes or hours at max! They provide us excellent support for all products which includes their own as well (Infinite Rack). Their customer service team has been great so far but I feel like there's no communication gap between them & customers when it comes down to billing issues. We have used infinite rack in multiple projects including internal applications such as dashboards etc., As per my knowledge this was one of few companies who offered hybrid solutions i.e Cloud/On-Premise hosting options alongwith managed VMs.
