I bought this product to clean windows on a sunny porch. It worked exactly as expected, was easy to use and easy to assemble. What I didn't expect is how many other things I can use it for. I am very short and have balance problems, so working on a stepladder is not comfortable for me. With a microfiber pad and two extensions, I was able to scrub kitchen walls and cabinets, polish wood cabinets, reach the highest points in the shower and tub, and so on and so forth. I've seriously done so much without putting myself at risk. I expect to use this often, money well spent. The only complaint I have is that the larger pod holder didn't have a neck thread to attach it to a pole. I suspect it was a bug because I didn't see any other way to do it. I was in a hurry to finish the job so I just used a smaller head and didn't bother returning it. I highly recommend this product.
