the wand is short and thin and the lid over it is too bulky. It needs to be longer to stretch front to back, that is, to the bottom of the washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and the lid needs to be thinner to fit under the washing machine. I will try to return it as I don't need it very much. I bought this to replace another felt covered product that is showing holes after aging for at least ten years. I went to the UPS store to return both items. The woman said I could combine both subjects. I only had one barcode and that was all I saw in the online return process. When I got home, I saw the second barcode. Now it looks like you're just confirming one return and waiting for another. I returned them both. I have to count both returns.
