I love this product and drink it almost every day. I have a condition called dysautonomia (POTS/NCS) which means I need extra fluid intake to regulate my blood pressure and heart rate. Skratch Labs is my favorite moisturizer I've found, especially the Wellness blend. The taste (I dilute it to 1/2 of a 20 ounce pack and drink two servings) is similar to lemon water and very refreshing. I love that Skratch Labs formulates their products with natural ingredients (and no stevia) so they're easily absorbed by the body. My friend also exercises a lot and I've found that he takes some packs with him because "it's better than Gatorade" and helps him avoid flight headaches and airplane congestion. Thanks, Scratch! hp I would have preferred a different flavor for the Wellness line, because I like to change it up, but the taste is so mild that I can still drink it every day and I don't get bored.
