QUIET, GOOD PERFORMANCE

Dehumidifiers never last more than a few years. I bought this to replace the one in my basement that drains the entire room. It works fine for two weeks or so, it works. It should be noted that the hose fitting, which I assumed would be threaded for a garden hose fitting, is instead smooth (or maybe serrated, I don't remember). The fact is that for tightening you need a smooth hose of a suitable diameter, and not a threaded one. Luckily I had an aquarium hose that fit perfectly.

Pros

EFFICIENT AND QUIET: Quickly dehumidify a room, our 52-ounce water tank dehumidifier absorbs up to 18 ounces of water per day (86°F, 80% RH). Ideal for rooms up to 2200 cubic feet (250 square feet).
