A thing makes a lot of noise when it's less than 1/3 the load it's designed for.
I received the item on time. The packaging was very good and the lift was in like-new condition, as expected. Assembly was smooth and all holes lined up as they should. The main part is the operation. I know my trailer tongue weighs 1,000 pounds because I weighed it on a special scale. This is 1/3 of the stated capacity of 3500 lb. .I can't say it's bad until it fails, but it's not what I expected. I will update in the future
