I received the item on time. The packaging was very good and the lift was in like-new condition, as expected. Assembly was smooth and all holes lined up as they should. The main part is the operation. I know my trailer tongue weighs 1,000 pounds because I weighed it on a special scale. This is 1/3 of the stated capacity of 3500 lb. .I can't say it's bad until it fails, but it's not what I expected. I will update in the future

I am returning this product because I can't get it to work. Before returning I checked the other reviews. Spent an hour sanding the frame on my RV. Checked the head for loose wires and fuses. Tried other suggested methods to properly ground the device. After a few tries I gave up as I couldn't even get the light to work. Needless to say I am disappointed.
