The most interesting aspect about this product was it's ability in terms of monitoring as well controlling all your calls without any issues; even though I have not been able use that feature yet but still its working so perfect till now with no issue at my end! And also we are getting detailed reports regarding our team members performance which helps me greatly by providing feedbacks where needed or required.

Nothing much i dislike from their products they provide some other features along side too like reporting etc., if you want more details then contact them directly because there office hours will tell what exactly need be done? Monitoring each individual employee through multiple channels (voice/SMS) & control over same via API integration - This has really helped us reduce cost spend time resources while keeping every one safe within organization boundaries.
