Easy to manage and monitor mobile workforce

The most interesting aspect about this product was it's ability in terms of monitoring as well controlling all your calls without any issues; even though I have not been able use that feature yet but still its working so perfect till now with no issue at my end! And also we are getting detailed reports regarding our team members performance which helps me greatly by providing feedbacks where needed or required. Nothing much i dislike from their products they provide some other features along…
