Review on ASICS Gel Resolution Tennis Shoes Silver Men's Shoes in Athletic by John Ramsey

Due to plantar fasciitis and heel spurs I have been wearing Asics sports shoes for over 30 years. My previous pair of Asics were regular width Gel Elite 4's which were incredibly comfortable and supportive! a year Pickleball, outdoors, 3-4 times a week for 2-3 hours, they wore smoothly without decaying, so I ordered a spare pair of Gel Resolutions 8, code 1041A113, wide fit. I checked the label and it said the tongue was wide so I insisted! After 2 months on hold I was so upset that I compared my previous Asics to my current Asics to find that the new (wide) shoes were narrower than my previous regular width shoes. What? Also, with my frequent use, didn't they have the same heel and midsole cushioning that I've come to expect and expect from Asics shoes? I have emailed Asics USA to see what they reply? compared to my several, 20-30 pairs of Asics athletic shoes I've previously worn to the point of abrasion! Buyers, be careful not to try them on! Because I live on Orcas Island in the Pacific Northwest, I don't have that luxury! But our local Pickleball community and the weather are great and we welcome all visitors! Roy
