I received this order damaged, not from the company that makes it but from the delivery people. I contacted the owner and they didn't hesitate to fix it. They sent me a brand new box as soon as I sent in the damaged photos I had taken. This product is good quality, easy to assemble and great for all the baking jobs I do.
