Solid steel, works very well!
When I ordered these picks I thought they were made of thin, cheap metal. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are made from heavy duty steel and work great to prevent cables from being pulled/removed in our various conference rooms. Worth the money, now I use them in 15 conference rooms.
