For your information, the ventilation cover is shorter than the cover opening height, and the transport protection needs to be improved!
Lid is much thinner than pictured. The lid arrived in a plain box with no other protective coating and the top had signs of wear from the box. When I went to install it, I found that the vent cover was 10 1/2 inches shorter than when the Fantastic cover was open to its full height. 11 inches. I was ready to send it back but after researching on the internet I found that the lid stopped lifting when the motor felt resistance. The manual doesn't say that this is normal. Seems odd that they make a lid that is shorter than the opening height of the lid? Installation was very easy and took 15-20 minutes total.
