Review on 🎧 Renewed Plantronics Savi W745 Wireless Office Headset System With Extra Battery for Enhanced Performance by John Goerge

My previous call center that I worked at used a Plantronics Savi W740 for our softphones and it was fantastic! The best headset I've used in my 12 years of experience. At my current job, I use a different brand of wired headset and I've only had issues with noise cancellation and sound quality. Received the headset (upgraded is ok as the previous one I used at my old company used about 3 other techs before it was given to me) all parts included and a spare battery (was in the spare battery compartment) as advertised and include a quick start guide. The cables and packaging also looked very professional. I ordered this in October 2019 and have had no problems in 3 months.
