This year (2020) I have started to work more from home and attend many online meetings and seminars. I didn't have a camera or microphone on my computer, so I had to buy them. My brother-in-law, a computer genius, helped me with this. I told him I needed something simple, something that includes both a camera and microphone in one, something that doesn't require a learning curve to set up, something that isn't very expensive, and something I'll buy from Revain can. He did a little research and picked this one for me. It's small and very easy to use. I literally just have to plug it into a USB port, plug it into a monitor and I'm good to go. None of the hosts of our meetings said anything bad about the quality of the picture or the sound from my end, so I'm assuming it looks good to them. The only drawback is that it doesn't position itself very securely on the monitor. This is a hinged piece that attaches to the edge of the monitor. But the hinge is very loose, meaning it slides a lot. It takes a few minutes to install so it stays in place. At one point I even had to use a rubber band to keep it from moving. But it does what I need and when the meeting ends I can turn it off and put it away until the next time I need it. So overall it was a good choice for me or anyone who just needs the main camera and mic.
