This is a very well made sweater of a medium light thickness. It isn't so thin that you see through it. Great for in between seasons. I have been on the search for a baby blue cotton sweater since I am allergic to wool, cashmere, acrylic, etc. This sweater is what I have been looking for. They "suggested" a large (I don't know where "they" get their information that I needed a large!), which I knew would be too big", so I went with a medium which was within my chest measurements that were listed; however, the medium was way too big. I normally wear a small and that is what ended up working for me. I think these sweaters run large. I MAY have even gotten away with an x-small but decided to stick with the small. I may order more down the road.
