Review on 🔌 PAC RP5-GM11 Interface: OnStar Retention, Steering Wheel Control, Navigation Outputs for Select GM Class II Vehicles by Scoony Taker

From the moment you turn the key, a LOUD STATIC NOISE emanates from the OnStar speaker above the driver's seat. I installed it professionally, ignoring the fact that other buyers said they experienced static noise. The tech said the PAC harnesses were complete junk as everything he installed had the same hiss/static noise. He told me to unplug my OnStar speaker as soon as I showed him the PAC harnesses. I didn't take his word for it. In short, the next day he was paid to unhook the OnStar speaker because the noise was absolutely unbearable. It doesn't matter if the radio is on or not, as soon as you turn the key static hissing starts. It works fine now, no noise, but you sacrifice your OnStar, which is one of the main reasons to buy a tether in the first place. I can 100% guarantee that I will NEVER buy any other PAC straps again.
