The product is absolutely worthless, don't buy it.

I was presented with a nespresso coffee machine in mid-January 2022. When we started connecting it, it did not work. I sent it to the service center. It was written that I had one part replaced. But while she did not work, I sent the 2nd time for repair. After about 2 weeks, they sent it to me with paper that the coffee machine was in good condition, no repairs were made. I took a video of the coffee machine not working and sent it to the post office of the nespresso club, who sent it to the service center. No response, 2 weeks have passed. The coffee machine was sent for repair for the 3rd time. Now she came again with a note that it was working, there was no repair. But she doesn't work either. The funny thing is, they send me a certificate that the car is working, and each time it is in the "repair" of 2 weeks. If it is working, why keep it in the service center for so long? This issue has been resolved for 3 months now. Never in all that time has there been a coffee machine to substitute. Once offered, provided that I buy capsules. It is strange to suggest this, considering that my own has never worked. I sent an application to refuse warranty repairs, they simply returned this application to me. After all, the machine is of the "working" type, it doesn't matter that I sent a video of the non-working machine immediately after the so-called "repair". I want to note separately the work of courier delivery: there were 2 cases when we agreed that the coffee machine would be picked up on a certain day, but no one came. And they never said in advance that the delivery would be at that time. They did not ask if I would be at home, if it was convenient for me. I was just lucky that these days I was not in the office, but worked remotely. It is very strange how some couriers react when I want to check the coffee machine, whether it is in place at all, whether it was brought to me in a broken condition. They say our business is to deliver, sign quickly. Loyalty and customer care - zero, do not wait. It was the worst gift of my life.

  • If something happens to your coffee machine, you will not wait for loyalty and customer care, but the couriers will go to your home and be surprised that the same machine is being transported back and forth in a faulty condition.
