It's firm, but I only use it to rise bread dough.

I don't know how it keeps liquid or air sealed for long periods of time. I needed a large bottom container and it works well for rising bread dough, but I don't store bread dough in it. It is used and emptied the same day.

Pros

Works great for me.

Cons

The cable is shorter than other picks.
